How long does it take to get custom design invitations?
The design work will start when you have signed the acceptance of the quote and the 25% deposit has been received. When you are having your invitations custom designed it is never too early to start. Nicole will discuss a timetable with you at your first meeting. Depending on the size and complexity of your job, the time taken does vary and can be anywhere from a few weeks to months. Rush jobs can be done for an additional fee.
Can I see samples of Nicole's work?
Digital pictures are available on Nicole's website. At your first meeting Nicole can show you actual samples.
How many invitations/announcements should I order?
Always order 25 extra than you think you will need as it is much more expensive to order reprints at a later time.
How many different stationery accessories can I have for my occasion?
Nicole can design all your printing needs and this is really something that she can advise you on. Your guests will be very impressed if the theme for your wedding is carried through from save the date cards to your invitations to the table menus.
Can I still work with Nicole even if I do not live in Melbourne?
Nicole has worked with customers all over Australia and can communicate with you through email and phone. This has never been a problem with anyone.
What type of payment do you accept?
Payment is by cheque or direct deposit. The job will only be delivered after full payment is received, so make sure that you allow yourself enough time.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation of your job, the initial deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Any goods or services ordered to fulfil your order, i.e. paper, ink, plates, etc. cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the initial deposit. Refund schedule is as follows: 50% of initial deposit after three business days; 25% of initial deposit after five business days; no refund after seven business days.
What happens if I keep making more changes?
The price quoted includes 2 sets of revisions and changes. If you want more changes then an additional hourly price will be charged. Once you have signed off on the final version, this is then sent to print and any costs incurred will be passed on to you.

What is offset printing?
Offset or flat ink printing, is a printing technique where a plate makes an inked impression on a rubber-blanketed cylinder, which in turn transfers it to the paper.
